Town Hall

Town Hall

  • Town Hall gatherings are a chance for the whole Bothell UMC community to come together outside of worship. Held quarterly, each Town Hall will look a little different, but the purpose remains the same: to connect as a full church family, to share updates about the life of our congregation and beyond, and to hear from one another through Q&As and facilitated conversations. This is an opportunity to celebrate what God is doing among us, ask questions, and offer feedback as we continue shaping our shared ministry.

Serve with Essentials First

Personal and household hygiene items are not covered by SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and there has been an increasing need for these items. We are excited to partner with Essentials First for an August donation drive and an August 31st packing event! Our goal is to provide items needed for 50 kits which are distributed by the organization to people who need them. Please bring full size quantities of the following items - we will need 50 of each! You can put them in the donation bin in our narthex. Ask your neighbors and friends to pitch in as well - this will take all of us! On Sunday, August 31st we will hear a presentation from Essentials First and pack the kits.

Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, shaving supplies, wipes, menstrual hygiene products, laundry detergent, toothpaste & toothbrush, dishwashing liquid soap. Please note - items other than listed will not be helpful at this time, please adhere to this list
